12th Field Company Royal Engineers World War I

In the summer of 1914, records show the 12th Field Company in Moore Park, Fermoy, Ireland. In August they departed Queenstown onboard S.S. Maian, arriving at Liverpool on the 22nd.

As part of the 6th Division, the 12th Field Company embarked from Southampton on 8 September 1914 aboard S.S. Oxonian.
